EigenCloud Brings Its Agentic Builder Series to the Network State Community, Pushing Verifiability as Core AI Infrastructure

The Network State community, a movement shaped by Balaji Srinivasan's 2022 book of the same name, organizes around principles of digital sovereignty and auditable governance. Those values make verifiable AI infrastructure a natural priority for its members, and a natural fit for the event's central argument.

The scale of the agentic coding wave gives this argument urgency. Merged pull requests associated with AI coding agents grew from roughly 83,000 in May 2025 to approximately 2.3 million by March 2026, a 2,600 percent increase in under a year. More than 280 crypto-AI projects already require AVS verification, a figure that underscores how quickly the demand for auditable agent infrastructure is materializing.
EigenCloud's formal framework for this space, called Level 1 Agents, integrates large language models, tool systems, orchestrators, and memory with Actively Validated Services (AVSs), which are the third-party networks that plug into EigenLayer's security layer. Agent actions are logged on-chain; inference happens off-chain to control costs but is verified through inference co-processors.
Token and Protocol Metrics

The continent is home to approximately 4.7 million developers, with Nigeria, South Africa, and Egypt representing the largest hubs.
